A nearby wildfire in the Santiago/Silverado Canyon began early this morning and the smoke from this fire spread into our community. As a result of the smoke and poor air quality, all Newport-Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD) schools will transition to Distance Learning today, December 3, 2020. We continue to monitor the smoke in our area and will update you on any new developments.
